1/2 cup melted vegan butter (or coconut oil)
1/2 cup coconut sugar (or organic cane sugar)
1/4 cup maple syrup (or agave nectar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup gluten-free flour blend* (or Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour)
1/4 cup almond meal*
1/3 cup pecans or walnuts (optional)
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips (optional)
